Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We can provide a water hose (25ft long) if needed. Please let us know in advance. 

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags, tie down, etc. We will NOT setup if wind conditions are above 20 MPH.  We will also nit setup if heavy rain is expected.  

We usually pick up next day between 6am-5pm. If you would like same day pick up please let us know, same day pick is between 2pm-5pm If you would like same day pick up at a later time, there will be an additional charge of $75.

Yes, you are responsible for all stolen or damaged items. We recommend that our customers check ALL items including the inside of the inflatbles for any damages or defects prior to our staff leaving your premises.  Please check and point out any defective inflatables or items prior to our staff leaving your premises.  Once our staff leaves it is your responsibility for ANY damages, repairs needed, stolen, vandalism,  etc.

PARK ORDERS:

It is customers responsibility to obtain a permit from the park and to follow up with the park to see if they have received any required paperwork from us. All parks have different requirements, park officials will notify customers what is needed when they acquire a permit.

Third Party Members: We do not provide a Certificate of Insruance to third parties. They need to have their own insurance policy.

We do charge an additional $75 fee to set-up at parks. 

Customers MUST be present at time og drop off and must stay with the rental items until pick up.

It is the customer responsibly to check with the park for electricity outlets. 

Most park requires the customer to bring their own generator.  We do rent generator for $100 with one full tabk of gas. It will be the customer responsibly to provide additional gas if needed. With one for tank of gas the generator will last between 3 to 6 hours depending on usage and conditions of usage. 

You will need to check with your HOA for details about having a bounce house and check to see if they have any requirements. 

All HOA have different guidelines and rules. Please check prior to booking. 

We will drop off the day before your event or same day as event between 5am-12pm. We will text you one or two days before your event with an ETA. Drop off day and time depends on business needs and our trucks route. 

Yes, a rental deposit is usually required. When reserving online a $75 non-refundable  rental deposit will be required. The remaining balance must be paid C.O.D. upon delivery or with a credit card or check paid BEFORE  the delivery date. Placing order over the phone/text will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of rental total. 

Yes, we handle the delivery, setup and pick up for all inflatable games; however, delivery of tables, chairs and tents is only “curbside delivery.” We will coordinate with you for the delivery and pickup times so the products are set up before your event starts and picked up after your event finishes.

“Curbside delivery” is strictly a drop-off of the items to the address requested. Setup of tables, chairs and tents is the responsibility of the renting party. We will drop off all items at the address requested and return to pick up the items. We ask that you prepare the items for pick-up just as they were dropped off; that is to say that tables, chairs and tents should be folded and put away as they were dropped off.

No, if you do not have electrical power available at your setup location than you MUST rent a Generator as well. If you do have a Portable Generator and want to use that instead of renting one, you must contact us to make sure it will have enough power to support the inflatable/game/concession.

Customers are responsible for providing electricity power for all products rented. All inflatable products come with a blower (included in price). Generators are NOT included in the rental price. For locations that DO NOT have electricity power available, a Generator rental will be required.

A  designated outlet with a minimum of 15 amp is required for EACH  blowers. Larger units requires two and three blowers. Please call us if you have any questions regarding how many outlets you will need for your rental. 

It is rare for a product to malfunction, but if it does happen during your event we recommend you give us a call so we can help access the problem. If it is needed, we will send out a driver or someone from our company to fix the problem or bring a replacement product. 

Inflatables are generally good for all ages. Some inflatables are more suited for smaller kids, some more suited for teens or adults. Please refer to each products page or contact us for more detail.

Sprinklers system MUST be turned off while our items are near or on the lawn.  If sprinkles system are not turned off and our inflatables gets wet. We will charge a $100 fee. When our inflatables are soak it is very heavy and takes an extra 4 hours to vacuum/clean and dry the units out to prevent mold from the inside and outside of the units.
